Shipping the parcel
We prepare your order and hand it over to MRW within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery online at any time.
- Delivery time: 24-48 working hours in mainland Spain; 3-7 days in the Balearic and Canary Islands and the rest of Europe.
- Shipping cost: €9.99. Free shipping from €150.
- Minimum order: €50.
- Packaging: large boxes and full discretion; the parcel shows neither the contents nor the sender.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Requirements
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- It must keep its original packaging and all its components.
- You must tell us your order number.
How to request a return
- Email us at info@distribuidor365.com or call us on 600 12 31 23 (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00) stating your order number and the reason.
- We will reply with the instructions and the return address.
- Send us the parcel: once received and checked, we refund the same payment method within 14 days at the latest.
